International agronomy expertise in co-creation between Israel and Tanzania

The Israel FEWture team is establishing an immersive study abroad program for Hebrew University students and recent graduates, who will complete a 3-6 month internship in Tanzania. 

• The internship provides students the following trainings: 
  • Pest management  
  • Irrigation 
  • Agronomy and technical approaches for crop specific applications
  • Seedling nursery techniques
  • Fruit tree training 
  • Extension services 
• The interns enable expansion of various projects related to the Global FEWture Alliance 
• Hebrew University students may connect and share research with Tanzanian partners
