Dr. Ibiyinka Amokeodo successfully completed her Ph.D. in the Department of Global, Environmental, and Occupational Health (GEOH) at the University of Maryland in 2025. Her research interests include the evaluation of microbial quality of food and vegetables, water quality in food prouction, and infectious diseases.
